Day after day new postage stamps are issued depicting a variety of topics. Here are some examples of recently issued stamps featuring a variety of topics.

The 2015 PostEurop theme is ‘Old Toys’. These are two examples from Azerbaijan and San Marino.

The stamps from Azerbeidzjan show a teddybear, a wooden train and blocks.

In 1935, the Chinese communist party held a meeting in Zunyi. In this meeting Mao Zedong took over the power within the party. 80 years after this event, China issued this stamp set.

The village Sainte-Adresse in Normandy was the resident of the Belgium goverment which was in exile during World War I. France issued these two stamps commemorating this event
The first world war was also noticeable on the other side of the world: on september the 22nd 1914, Papeete, the capital of French Polynesia was heavily bombed by German warships.
100 years later French Polynesia issued this stamp to commemorate this event.
Plzeň is one of this years two cultural capitals of Europe. The Chech Republic issued this stamp to celebrate this event.
This joint issue between various countries in the Indian Ocean and France. This stamp was issued by the Seychelles.
